Enterprise Technology Fund · Founded 2025
We back early-stage enterprise technology founders before most funds will take the meeting, with capital, technical credibility, and a genuine willingness to work.
"We have spent our careers inside the enterprise systems founders are now trying to replace. That context is the whole point."
Investment Focus
We invest in a narrow band of territory we know well: the infrastructure and software layers that large organizations depend on, and where getting the technology right actually matters.
Software that sits at the core of how large organizations run, where switching costs are real and the sales motion requires genuine domain credibility.
The hardware and software layer underneath everything else: compute, storage, networking, and the systems that tie them together across cloud and on-premise environments.
Software sold to enterprise procurement teams, with the kind of stickiness that comes from being embedded in workflows rather than bolted on top of them.
The tooling and platforms that make machine learning actually work in production, data pipelines, model infrastructure, and the operational layer most teams underestimate.
Our Approach
We look for founders who understand the problem from the inside, people who have worked in or sold to the enterprise and can see what the existing solutions get wrong.
We get involved early, often before there is a product, when the foundational decisions about architecture, hiring, and go-to-market still have room to be shaped.
We back founders who have a real point of view on the problem, usually because they have worked close enough to it to know exactly where the current tools fall short.
We write checks sized to what the round actually needs. We keep reserves to follow on when a company is working, and we do not stretch to lead rounds where we are not adding value.
We are not passive capital. We get on calls with enterprise prospects, review architecture decisions, open doors where we can, and stay involved through the messy early stages.
How We Help
We have been on the operator side of most of the problems early enterprise founders run into. That means our support tends to be specific rather than advisory.
We help think through what needs to be true for a PoC to be convincing, both technically and from the buyer's perspective, and work with founders to scope it accordingly.
We have navigated enterprise pricing conversations, procurement cycles, and early team builds at places like Dell, Nvidia, and Veritas. We share what actually worked.
We have relationships with technology buyers, procurement leads, and engineering leaders at large companies, and we make introductions when there is a genuine fit, not just a warm email.
HPC, distributed storage, cloud infrastructure, MLOps: we have built and shipped in these areas. When a technical question comes up, we can usually engage with it directly rather than outsourcing the answer.
Managing Partners
We spent our careers building enterprise systems at scale. Now we back the founders doing the same.
